Fred Hamisch:

In 1988 the present ownership of Hydratec began with the purchase of the company by Fred Hamisch, the President and CEO of the existing business.  Mr. Hamisch obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo.  He is a professional engineer registered with the state of California specializing in agricultural engineering.  He holds a State Contractor’s License as a Class “A” General Engineering Contractor.  Mr. Hamisch served as the 1999-2000 President of the California Agricultural Irrigation Dealers’ Association. 

Billy Loflin:

The General Manager of the company since 2005 is Bill Loflin.  He has been with Hydratec since 1982, almost twenty-five years of experience in the field of micro-irrigation; engineering, sales and project management.  In recent years as Sales Manager and then General Manager, he has led the growing team of professionals at Hydratec through three years of sales growth at 50% per year; also supplying annual irrigation system acre volume exceeding 25,000 acres per year.  Mr. Loflin is on the Board of Directors for the California Agricultural Irrigation Association and also serves on the Dealer Advisory Counsel for two major manufacturers of irrigation products.
